Foster An Author Week Featuring C.G. Burnette, Danica Raimz & Kandie Stixx @cgburn @danica_raimz @kandiestixx

Welcome to Foster An Author Week!!

Hello Readers, this year I have the honor of fostering three amazing ladies and today I want to share their bios with you all so let me introduce you all.

First up is C.G. Burnette

I'm a self proclaimed book addict. It's sad but true. I want ALL THE WORDS! My love of words led me to blogging and blogging led me to this newest and most awesome adventure as an author. What a ride this will be!
I'm a mommy to two really cute little guys who run me happily ragged on most days and a wife to a wonderful man who has had my heart since the day he said hello. I have a vast collection of Godzilla toys, dinosaurs, LEGO pieces and blocks in all shapes and colors. Romance novels have been my thing since my aunt snuck me a Harlequin when I was ten. And let's not forget the binge-watching of all things anime, Vikings and old B movies.
Let the fun begin!

Danica Raimz is next

I'm obsessed with well-rounded fictional characters. Love to read about them. Live to write about them. When characters and their stories pop into my head, I never really finish exploring the what ifs ... the qualities and limits that make my characters who they are. For a while, I was content to keep those particulars that were unnecessary to mention in my stories in my head. Unfortunately, when I ran into Ren Hayden and Galen Zabriese, I arrived at an impasse: If those two didn't have sex 'on screen,' the reader (not to mention the writer) just wasn't going to feel them. Their pasts sort of demanded it. So I had to either ditch the story or ditch the idea that writing steamy love scenes was taboo for me.
I'm glad I chose the latter. And I learned something in the process: If writing is about exploring what makes us human, how can we limit what we write about?
I write a variety of fiction, non-fiction as a freelancer, am currently torn between going vegan or paleo--arriving at something called pegan (I kid you not), am married to my best friend (it's the only way to go--but that doesn't mean you don't want to short their sheets or worse on occasion), and have children who make me insanely happy 95% of the time. If I could, I would take the lot of them and live in upstate New York with a cat named Magic and golden retriever name Daystar. Although ... I recently met an Irish Wolfhound puppy that was the size of a small pony and wondered how amazing it would be to mother one of those. Might be too much dog, though. The one I met had an owner who was trying to pass him off as a reindeer. No joke.
I tend to be a very private person. I do, however, love to communicate with readers and other writers about romance and the literary world. Feel free to email me at: danica.raimz(at)gmail(dot)com

And last but certainly not least is Kandie Stixx

Kandie Stixx is not her real name, obviously.
Kandie writes contemporary and dark erotic romance and loves every minute of it. Her name is comprised of her nickname (Kandie) and her boyfriend's nickname (Stixx).
Currently, she’s writing a book project that has taken her through the year and it’s due out in December. Sign up to the newsletter to find out more!!
